Customer Delivery Function

The Customer Delivery Function allows you to perform one quick “final test” to assure the battery is in good condition just prior to delivering to the customer. At the end of the sales process, you must test each vehicle’s 12 volt battery at the time of customer delivery using the Delivery Mode. Any battery whose SOC is found below a minimum of 12.4V should be charged and confirmed “OK” before delivering to a customer.
