Outlook helps you show up prepared to your meetings by suggesting emails and files that are relevant to the event or attendees. 3-day Calendar view Updates to the calendar gives you extra flexibility with a 3-day view to more clearly see meetings and events if you have a full schedule. Outlook for the web has a new send later feature which allows you to schedule emails to be sent at a later date and time. This feature is already available in the desktop Outlook apps, so it’s great to see it becoming a general feature for all. This will especially be useful for students who often only access their school email on the web. Schedule an Email to Send Later in Outlook Outlook allows you to specify exactly when you'd like your email to be sent. Outlook must be online and connected for this feature to work.

- Up next, you can either select the pre-defined schedules or choose your own date. Note: The email app lets you schedule messages up to six months into the future. To choose your own date and time, tap on Pick date.
- Tap on Apply.
- In the end, tap on the scheduling icon at the top right corner of the screen
That’s done! Your message will be automatically sent on the desired date and time.
