Scritti Politti have announced they will embark on a nine-date tour throughout September 2021. Tickets for the shows general sale at 10am on Fri 4 Dec.
The 2021 tour is set to mark the 35th anniversary of the band's critically acclaimed album Cupid & Psyche 85. Scritti Politti fans have the opportunity to hear the record live for the first time ever, as it will be played in its entirety at each show.
Cupid & Psyche 85 came out in 1985 and charted across the globe. It peaked at number 5 on the UK album charts and remains the band's most successful album, spawning hit singles 'Perfect Way' 'The Word Girl', 'Absolute' 'Hypnotize' and 'Wood Beez (Pray Like Aretha Franklin)'.
